Have you, like me, appreciated the journey of academics to become better humans and contribute to making the world a better place to live? Through my academic pursuits, the dynamics of academic life has exponentially fascinated me. I have been fortunate to collaborate with Ph.D. researchers from diverse corners of the globe, including Belgium, New Zealand, Iran, the Netherlands, Germany, Malaysia, Türkiye, Indonesia, Australia, and beyond. My professional interests and pursuits have concentrated on academic well-being, transferable skills, as well as their abilities in research writing and presentation. I've consistently been impressed by the commitment, liveliness and exceptional potential demonstrated by Ph.D. scholars. This inspiration has led me to direct my research, teaching, and coaching towards making a meaningful contribution to Ph.D. scholars’ self-satisfaction and success.
